Today Liam dropped a word that starts with f, ends with uck and rhymes with Fuddruck.
Guess I have to start watching my mouth again. I have been doing so well, but that is just my favorite of all the naughty words and nobody has really come up with a suitable replacement, in my humble opinion. If you have any, send them my way.

That is all.

We have a new addiction in our household.
TMNT…yeah, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. One of his friends is having a Ninja Turtle party and we watched the first movie. I then noticed that DirecTV actually had the new movie on PPV, so we got it to try it out.
Liam has now watched it two days in a row, wants to play Ninja Turtles and wants to have a Ninja Turtles birthday party, too. We told him that the last one would be lame because Charlie is already having a Ninja Turtles party and two in the same year would be silly.

It’s been a long time since I have posted but I wanted to update everyone on my boys. So here goes. Liam is hysterical as his Daddy has been posting. Mostly this hysterical-ness comes from his CONSTANT talking and his need to mimic adults or try out new words. He is constantly making us laugh about something. Wednesday night it was because he threw his corn on the cob into the bushes (because Daddy did and he is Daddy’s shadow) when Shawn asked “Liam, were you done with that corn?” “No” “Then why did you throw it?” “I just threw it for a reason.”
He has an answer for everything and sometimes you just want to throttle him, but he is a funny kid. He is loving the summer, all this camping and attention is definately going to his head
Today he and I were walking down the street and I noticed the leaves are starting to turn. I pointed it out and told him that this meant that fall was coming and summer was almost over. He said he didn’t want summer to be over. Then I reminded him about all of the wonderful things to come this fall. He continued to point out the changing leaves for the rest of the walk.
There was also a really bitter sweet chat about dying and Heaven last night when I tucked him, prompted by the death of our cat…….
These are the moments I will always remember about his preschool years….hopefully I’ll be able to forget the tantrums!
And then there’s Aiden. People tell me he is a wonderful baby…he never cries (not when other people are around or when we are out and about!) He is the most social little guy you’ll ever meet. He tells everyone stories and he smiles. He is beginning to laugh out loud too. Yesterday he laughed at Reese (our dog) chasing his brother. Oh, and he LOVES his brother. He watches everything he does. He is definitely getting his first tooth, so that’s been fun…
and he is a crazy wiggly little guy. He’s also crazy about his mommy, so it’s a good thing I am not going back to work just yet.
Somedays I feel like my heart is so full it may burst…..
